Dr. Lawal Gbagba (Honoris Causa) is an accomplished operations and project management professional with more than 14 years of upstream oil and gas experience at Baker Hughes across Nigeria and multiple U.S. basins. His background spans field operations, technical support, project delivery, remote operations, leadership, and business management, supported by PMP®, Scrum, and advanced project management credentials.

Joe Okonkwo is a seasoned drilling professional with more than 25 years of international oilfield experience across North America, the Middle East, Africa, and Norway. His expertise includes directional and horizontal drilling, RSS, MWD/LWD, well planning, BHA design, drilling optimization, remote operations, and complex field execution.
