Dr. Lawal Gbagba (LG) has over 14 years experience with Baker Hughes in global oil and gas upstream operations in the Niger Delta Basin, Nigeria, Permian, Bakken, Eagle Ford, Denver-Julesburg, Appalachian, Kern County and Los angeles Basins, US and 2 years logistics eperience with Amazon in different technical, training and delivery, project management, remote operations and leadership capacities.
A PMP certified Project Manager, Certified Scrum Master and a Masters of Project Management with Specialization in Organizational Leadership and Change Management.
All these achievements are capped off with a Doctor of Science (Honoris Causa) in Business Management.

Akinola Olajunwo is a highly credentialed HSEQ Lead and Strategic SME specializing in risk governance, environmental compliance, and operational resilience within high-security, safety-critical government and facilities management environments.

Geoscience Leader, Energy Solutions
Dr. Ogo Azike is a geoscientist and petrophysicist with 20 years of upstream and midstream petroleum industry experience, applying stratigraphy, geophysics, petrophysics, core analysis, reservoir modeling, reserves evaluation, well planning, geosteering and optimized completions to increase asset production performance. He has delivered measurable cost reductions and production gains of over 70% through multidisciplinary collaboration on both conventional and unconventional reservoirs, including 200+ horizontal wells drilled in the U.S Permian Basin and over 50 Field Development Planning (FDP) projects in the Niger Delta Basin.
With a PhD degree in Geoscience and professional certifications spanning project management, data science, and business analytics. He has a record of leading multidisciplinary teams to optimize energy solutions. Bridging the gap between complex geoscience studies and operational execution, guiding team members to deliver high-quality project milestones ahead of schedule and within budget.
